Hi Alan,
The plaque commemorating Clearville's first town meeting at David Baldwin's tavern is off Talbot road (between Duart and Bury roads - which I think was originally St. Andrews and King street respectively). The exact geo coordinates are: N 42° 28.136 W 081° 42.683
The site I believe is actually on the land originally owned by David, lot 58 STR (south of Talbot Road), just south of the lot owned originally by Sam Burns. So it may have been the original location of the tavern.
