I am searching for the date of death for Amarailla (Empey) Shorey, (Mrs. Davis Hawley Shorey). Died after 1916. She was living with her daughter Ella Minetta (Shorey) Thornton wife of Dr. Alexander E. Walke Thornton in Montreal. Per the Mount Royal Cemetery records (where they are burried) Amarilla is not burried there. She was born in 1831 to Peter & Azuba Empey. She married around 1850-1852. Also,any information on a small Shorey family burial ground in Dresden(sounds like it's in someones backyard) would be very appreciated.
