You may order a marriage or death certificate directly from the Office of the Registrar General ($15- $22)

Next of kin (children) or extended next of kin (grandchildren) may be able to apply for a copy of a marriage registration…

There are no restrictions on who may apply for a death certificate.

Alfred’s death registration should tell you where he was to be buried, and if he was survived by his second wife.

Given you know when Alfred Wilson died, you can search for his obit in the Ottawa newspapers (Journal and Citizen), which may tell you the same thing. You can consult microfilm at the National Library in Ottawa for free.

Rebecca Wilson died October 26, 1933 in Carleton Place.

She was buried in Pine Grove Cemetery in Beckwith Township (just east of CP off #7) with her parents Daniel Chilcott (1848-1939) and Margaret Cleland (1861-1925) and brother William and his wife.

Margaret Chilcott died January 20, 1925 in Carleton Place.

You could search the Carleton Place Herald for the Chilcott obits.

Eva Marjorie (Morris) Wilson and a few Alfreds are buried in Pinecrest Cemetery in Ottawa.
