Thank you for looking for the stone at the cemetery. The OFCA does have a picture of the stone so I have seen it. Is there an office for that cemetery? I have seen the records from the LDS and found Maurice in 1901. not 1906. I know for a fact of Johanna's death date 1899 it is correct.
1.we do not know where his date came from. He was dead before her in 1899. I wrote to the priest at St.Patricks to suggest the stone was wrong.
Since you live in Odessa is there a town hall or such that would hold records, besides the church. Johanna was shipped to Canada from NY where she died.Someone had to have paperwork.
