I am so sorry I let this drop. I was side tracked on some other genealogy and completely forgot about this. Another senior moment, I guess. I just got back to looking at the Levi and Margaret Martin-Thompson family and noticed I forgot to reply to the last few messages.
It is funny, but Levi and Margaret Thompson seem to have had four Elizabeths. The family was pieced together from census records (couldn't find them in the 1851 census, however) and family tree info from Ancestry.com
1. Elizabeth Sabina 1829-1909 (& Thomas McIntyre 1820-1886)
2. Elizabeth Ann 1838-1882 (& Asa McCumber b.1838)
3. Eliza Jane 1850-1894 (& John W. Mouck 1829-1898)
4. Elizabeth b. 1867 d.??
The one I'm interested in the Elizabeth b. 1867. She is only shown in the 1871 census. Actually, her sister Hannah is only shown in the 1871 census as well. I have never found anything on her either.
This is kind of a REAL long shot, but some VERY anecdotal info I have suggests that my g-grandmother's full name might have been Elizabeth Lavinia Thompson. Maybe Lavinia was suppose to be Levinia or Levina, which might have been a for her father, Levi????? Anyway, that is what got me interested in the Levi and Margaret Thompson family.
