Hello Brent,
I saw your mention of an ancestor Lambert Acker of the Butler's Rangers who married Mary Larraway. Would you by chance have a Henry Acker in your tree? He married Charity Overholt in 1832 in Thorold Twp., Welland County, Ontario and is buried in the Overholt Family Cemetery also in Thorold Twp. This information came to me from a lady in Wisconsin, USA and is all I know about the man. She found some family info for me and I am trying to return the favor.
