Yes, I'd love to share. Who was your Robinson g-grandfather and gg-grandfather? My friend Rich had no idea most of his relatives on his father's side of the family had come through Manitoulin Island, eventually ending up in the Sault Ste Marie area in Michigan. He and his former wife had taken their kids over there via Tobermory back in the 80s just for the heck of it, not realizing how important it was to his heritage. I've done the same trip myself, although I'm thoroughly American. My husband is a 1st-generation American, both parents coming from Canada in the 1920s. So you could say I'm something of a Canada-o-phile. We live in the Detroit area.
