Surnames: Gibson, Knight, Bissett, Deere, Hall
Hi all,
I am pressently trying to do a house genealogy, and am seeking further information on the following:
Gibsons:
George, bricklayer
Edward, bricklayer (Probably son of George)
Annie, (Wife? Daughter?)
Mary, (Wife? Daughter?)
They were listed in the house in 1888/89
Knight:
Samuel, Labourer
Listed in 1908/09
In 1916 the house was owned by a George Deere. I have no further information on him.
Bissetts:
John, carpenter
Ira, Shipper with McClary Mfg. (May be son of John?)
They owned the house from atleast the 1920s up to 1939.
In 1959 Donald and Rose Marie Hall were the owners. (I am still trying to fill in the gap between 1939 and 1959.
Any information regarding these families would be greatly appreciated. It's the first time I have attempted to do a house genealogy and it is proving to be quite fascinating.
Thanks for reading!
