Hi Wanda,

Thanks for your reply.

I know about the website, and it is excellent. Unfortunately, in my case, it isn't of much use, as the ancestors I am researching (Larocque, Roy and Guindon), were buried in the Cache Bay RC Cemetery "without" headstones. Therefore, I need the information contained in the cemetery records.

My relatives lived in the Cache Bay/Verner/Warren/Sturgeon Falls areas.

I also wrote to the priest in charge of Ste-Therese d'Avila Church in Cache Bay. He answered my letter and phoned me as well. Unfortunately, the Church records contained very little information (his words).

I was hoping someone on the message board a resident perhaps, would know the name of the person in charge of the cemetery office, making communication a little more personal. I wrote to the office twice, sending all the data/funeral cards, etc., that I had available, including a SASE, and did not even receive the courtesy of a reply.

Anyway, I'll keep trying.
