Death Register #007520 - Richard Simmons, d. Aug 3 1872, Percy Tp., Northumberland Co., ON, age 78 yrs, born Vermont, USA; David Simmons of Percy Tp. was the informant (Note: David Simmons was on the 1871 Census Index for Percy Tp., birth being abt 1822 in Ontario).
Frances Simmons b. abt 1801 England was on the 1871 Census Index for Murray Tp. & was listed as the head of household.
Richard Simmons' name was not on the 1871 Census Index for Northumberland Co.
According to this site, Deborah Hearns died in 1857 in Fredericksburgh Tp., Addington Co., ON:
