O'Brien/Cameron/Mcdonell in East Nissouri early 1800's

My objective is to learn more about my gg-grandfather Donald Mcdonell (or Mcdonald) who lived in East Nissouri in the early 1800's on lot 7 con 9. He married Sarah Cameron (daughter of Alexander Cameron and Sarah Parks) in 1823.

According to the "Thomas Brush Brown Autobiography" (pg 12) this was the first wedding in the township and was held at Mr. O'Brien's house as he was step-father of the groom.

I've learned much about Donald's 5 children and his wife (the Cameron family is well documented), however, nothing about him. Here is what little I do know.

1. Born about 1799 in Ont
2. He was a farmer.
3. Had five kids (Margaret, Mary, Sarah, Allan and John) all born and raised in East Nissouri.
4. Mr. O'Brien (William I believe) was his step-father.
5. He is buried at Zion/7th Line Cemetery, Middlesex, Ont.

Looking for any information, or clues, about his step-father and his wife(Donald's mother).

Thanks,

Bob
