Hello, I found this post as I was trying to search for this same book, Reveries of a Pioneer. I was hoping for the same help. I am not related to the Dillion family. I am in search of a Joseph Hurley Born 19 March 1834 Kilkenny, Ireland. I believe he immigrated to St.Columban in 1851. He was a laborer. He then married a Catherine Wall born 1845 in Ireland. I believe she immigrated with her family around 1846-7. Her parents are Michael Wall and Catherine O'Connor. Possibly from Co.Clare, Ireland.Joseph and Catherine are buried together in the St.Columban Catholic cemetery. Catherine lived there until her death in 1895 and Joseph until around 1901. They had 8 children, who all moved to Brantford and surrounding areas. Thank you to anyone who takes the time to help.
