Marriage/Birth Lookup of Dougherty and Thompson??

I have looked everywhere and can't find William f. Thompson birth record B. 1847 In Wellesley twp,Waterloo and his Marriage to Elizabeth Dougherty/Doherty possibley in Wellesley or Mornington,Perth. Elizabeth was born in 1854 her fathers name was James mothr Eleanor. William had 1 Daughter Elizabeth B. 1877 in Milverton, But can't find William D. Born in Perth 1887 and Belle born in Perth 1885's Birth record. Also Can't find William's Father John Born 1820-1823 Marriage to Elizabeth? B. 1821 both in Ireland. I think Elizabeth died between the 1851 & 1861 Census for Wellesley. I can't find her death notice. John must of remarried a Elizabeth Hammond not to long after her death.
