Surnames: WHALEY, HARTWICK
Thanks for the speedy reply...It's not the Samuel I wanted, but now I know to distinguish between them. There are two Samuel Whaleys in Marriages, Huron District, 1841-1846:
1. Samuel WHALEY, farmer, & Amy FULLER, spr, of Blanshard, 29 May 1844, witn: Thomas WHALEY & Joseph SAWER, farmer, Rev. Solomon Vining, Baptist Minister
2. Samuel WHALEY, of North Easthope & Margaret FROW [TROW] of South Easthope, 13 Sept 1844, witn: Joseph WHALEY of N. Easthope & James FROW of S. Easthope, Rev. Daniel Allen, Minister of the Church of Scotland.
Now I know ours was the first one...thanks
