Looking for Scottish River

Surnames: McKinnon,Lalonde, McMillan, MacDonnell.
Hi everyone, I'm looking for a place that was called Scotish River. I'm not even sure if it was in Ontario or not. In a parish register of Saint Jean Baptist in l'Orignal, I found that some of my ancestors lived in a place called Scottish River. I can't find it on any old maps. I would be grateful for any help in locating this place. It may not even have been an official name. My ancestors lived there around the 1840's
