Clergy Reserve Lots in Ameliasburgh

Classification: Query
I'm trying to locate a piece of land and I'm hoping someone can help.
I have an 1860s or 1870s plat atlas (Hastings & Prince Edward) but I don't see that the lot numbers go down far enough as they seem to only go down to about 55 or 54 with nothing lower (unless I'm not seeing it).
I'm looking for "Clergy Reserve Lot No. 28 in the 2nd Concession from the lake in the township of Ameliasburgh." My guess right now is that the clergy reserve are smaller lots and sit in the normal lot size but I'm just guessing here.
I can't go by land owner because the person involved is deceased by this time and I don't think the family kept the land as kids were established elsewhere.
Thanks. Lisa
