Surnames: VanMeer, Eaton, Howe, Hunt, Jinks, Hill
My Great Grandmother was Ceilia Eaton and her parents were William Eaton and Elizabeth Sprung. Both originally from Ameiliasburg township, but they settled in Sophiasburg where he had a small farm of 20 acers. After they were gone the family sold the farm. I believe they are buried in the Bethel Doxsee graveyard, however vandals have destroyed many of the stones. Records show they are there.
