There is a Tobias Snider who was a popular guy in the mid 1800's. He shows up as a witness in many weddings with Sniders and other families. Although I am certain he is not related to my Sniders. He may be the nephew or son of your Snider whose second name is Tobias. VERY common to throw names of sons to nephews and cousins and daughters whatever. Hence if you do a search in public records: vitals, land registry etc for this guy Tobias you might be able to get somewhere.
