Sorry that I cannot supply certification. May I suggest that you join your local genealogical society. With your membership you may request one search that will be published in the monthly magazine. You may also contact the archives in Ottawa and for a price they will also do a search.
In my continued genealogy research I will be happy to share any new records with you over time that may bring you closer to certification. In the meantime I believe that Cyrille's parents were indeed Francois Gervais and Charlotte Mongeon
