Hello Would you be willing to tell me about the James McDermott whose name I saw in your posts? I am hunting McDermott siblings that came to Tecumseth Township circa 1823. Names were Neil, John, James, Jane and Mary. The boys are listed in Hunter's book as pre 1837 settlers but genealogical material is scant. I would appreciate knowing where your James lived in Ireland (if there) and his birth date. Thank you. LH
