father was Nathan Webb ,mother was Jemmima Hinds of suffolk ,UK.

He was located on the 1891 census in Suffolk, England UK.

We know sometime after 1891 he emigrated to Canada ,we think to Toronto ,where he married and had children. He then returned back to the UK some years later leaving his children and wife in Canada. He started a new family in the UK and had more children. His first child born here in the UK after his return was in 1919. His wife in canada died some years later and two of his children ( females) from Canada came to the UK to notify Joseph of her death & to tell him he was free to marry again.

So any marriage or children born in Canada would be somewhere between 1891 & 1919

Going by dates any children of Joseph in canada are probably deceased. We would be glad of any information on any desendants of those children or relatives.
