just read your posting
my roots go back to Norland
There are Coopers in my family tree
Frances Sprung daughter of Elizabeth Courtemanche Sprung
and Isaac Sprung married a Cooper
I was looking for info recently and was given the name of
a Mrs Chynoweth who lives just outside of Norland
She lives with family, She is 96 and still drives
I had a nice conversation with her.
Also, Vern Lecraw of Norland is the local historian and is still
doing research. He wrote a marvellous book called the
Land between with all kinds of info as to what lots people lived
on and what societies they belonged. to
