If the people you are looking for were Church of England/Anglican, the births and marriages may be recorded in the registers for St. James's in Fenelon Falls, now stored at the Anglican Church Archives in Toronto. The only problem is that Rev. Thomas Fidler drowned during the period you are interested in, so not everything necessarily got recorded. However, I have been through them and had quite a bit of success infinding information related to my family lines.
