Greetings
Ask at the Church of Our Lady RC Church in downtown Guelph for the location of the Archives where RC Wellington County records would be archived. St Joseph's Hospital was for a very long time connected to the Church. The House of Providence that cared for indigent persons was a part of the hospital and originally run by the Sisters of St. Joseph. Deaths that occured in such places were usually recorded in the records of the organization Often there is no grave marker identifying the occupant other than in the Cemetery plan. St. Joseph's Hospital is not operated by the Roman Catholic entity now so all surviving records would likely have been archived when the administration of the Hospital changed. LH
