My Grandmother (who has gone downhill quite quickly since Christmas) has been talking to the family about "Shanty Town" in Hamilton. It would have been somewhere in the North End, around McNab St? Macgill St? Perhaps near the lake? I'm trying to find pictures of it, or more information, ANY information. They lived there for about 10 years. If anyone can help that would be wonderful. I would like to put some stuff together before she doesn't remember anything anymore.
