I'm looking for information about my great grandmother.

Marie Antoinette (Hamel) Beford
b. 1890, d. 1985

She moved to Worcester, MA from the Nicolet/Quebec area with her husband around 1910, and owned a home on Litchfield St.

Her husband, (Charles Beford?) died when he was 35.

They had several children:

Cecile (Beford) Mongeau, of Sutton, MA
Madeline (Beford) Belliveau, of Worcester, MA
Louis Beford, of Worcester, MA
Gerard Beford of South Carolina
Claire (Beford) Marsan of Uxbridge MA

She claimed to be in contact with relatives (Beford? Hamel?) still living in the Nicolet region of Quebec until she passed. Unfortunately my French was too lousy to pursue much conversation about this.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
