Saint-Michel, Bellechasse can be found in Google maps under that name. Saint-Michel, Yamaska is more commonly known as just Yamaska; it can be found under that name in Google maps; the parish church there is Saint-Michel. I'm not personally aware of a Saint-Michel on Ile-d'Orleans, but there may well be one. Ile-d'Orleans is large island just east of Quebec City in the St-Lawrence River. In any event, they are all different locations in Quebec.
