I have had some good luck. Found David was born and baptized in St. Sylvestre, Lotbiniere County and married Mary Johnson in Ste. Agathe, also in Lotbiniere County. If you are still doing look-ups, I'm trying to find additional info on David's brother James and two of his sons.

Found in the 1911 Census of Inverness, Megantic County, that James, age 68, was still farming along with his oldest son John, age 41, and youngest son Patrick, age 28. James was widowed and the sons were single. James died the following year, 1912 and was buried at St Athanase Parish Cemetery in Inverness.

Would like to know if either of the sons married after 1911? And wonder if the farm may have been passed down through James' family and if I might still have distant "cousins" still living in Inverness. I wish that I could give you more info and dates. I only know that James married Margaret Lennon and that they had at least seven children that I know of.

John b.1869, Francis (or Frank)b. 1872, Mary Ann b. 1875, Edward b. 1876, Margaret Jane b. 1878, William David b. 1880 and Patrick Arthur b. 1883.
