I am looking for information on Joseph Arpin and Felicite Garin. Joseph was born Aug. 18, 1844 and Felicite was born 6-17 1847. They were both born in Canada. They had a daughter Rose Anna born Feb. 21, 1879 and a son Wilfried born 1877. In the 1881 Canadian census, They are living in Napierville, Quebec. I can not find them prior to that nor can I find them again until 1920 on the U.S census in Altona New York. If any one has any info please e-mail me at ellyerickson@usa.net. Thank You! Elly
