Surnames: Nyson, Nyson Dawson, Grignon Nyson
I'm trying to find out whether there are any living descendents of the Nyson twins Marie Marguerite Jeanne and Marie Wilhelmine, who were born to parents Benedict 'Bill' William Nyson and his wife Jeanne Grignon in Quebec, Canada August 16th 1916.
Benedict Nyson was born in Oslo 1890 and christened Bengt Wilhelm Nysom, son of Wilhelmine Sissenere and Hans Hein Theodor Nysom (who was the half brother of my great, great grandfather).
I don't know whether Benedict and Jeanne had any other children, but I have found out that one of their twin daughters married and went by the name of Jeanne Nyson Dawson.
Benedict died in New York in 1942 - he was the brother-in-law of the Canadian author Germaine Guevremont and he worked as a journalist for the Montreal Daily Star and, later, the New York Times. Any further information on the Nyson family would be most appreciated
