I am looking for information on my grear great grandfather, Leon Benoit Alexandre Duclos. I know he was born 01 Mar 1835 in Missouri. He left home to fight in the American Civil War and was never seen or heard from again by any family member. I have a certificate stating fe deserted the
army in January 1863 at Napoleon, Arkansas USA. He left a wwife and 4 children. I recently heard that he died ssomewhere in Canada in the early 1900's but did not here a definite year, date, or place. I would like very much to kknow the fate of my great great grandfather. My 8th great grandfather was Gabriel Celle dit Duclos. Gabriel was in Montreal in 1645 from the information I have found. I would
