I had a look at the data in your tree, I see a good deal of data that needs to be explored and knitted together, but first...

Border crossing data for this period doesn't exist, nor do passenger manifests for Canada, pre-1859. I'm including this info to save time looking for data that will never be found.

I had a better look at the marriage document on, a much better copy, see it here:

The marriage record cites that John Treanor was firmly established in St-Paul/Abbotsford at the time of his marriage,

I found him in the 1861 Canadian Census,, IMAGE 367, (family starts on line 43.)

He's in the same household with what appears to be his father, Owen (b abt 1795) and an uncle, John Trainer (b abt 1811, as well as John's wife Mary, b abt 1811). Evidently, his father Owen, immigrated after the marriage in 1859 and before the 1861 enumeration. This census cites John (b abt 1836) and Mary Donnelly (b abt 1839) as being born in Canada, but census data, like all data is prone to error.

I would research and track the John Treaner/Trainer/Trainor (b abt 1811).

The bap records of the children of John Treanor and Mary Donnelly have many clues to associated family. If take the time and build out the associated lines, you're going to find many more clues and evidence.

Bernard/Barney Trainor (b abt 1812) also fits in your mix, (brother ? of Owen, b abt 1795), and is found here in the 1851 Census:

and in the 1861:

There's quite a bit of data to sort out, but you're going to find more clues and evidence on this line. I see there's a good deal on the Donnelly line as well, but the hunt and putting the puzzle pieces together are the fun. Good luck!
