Treanor's of St. Paul Abbotsford

Posted: 24 Feb 2013 11:40AM GMT
Classification: Query
Surnames: Treanor, Donnelly
Have had much success with Drouin Records in identifying family, but am now looking for routes to find burial places, possible addresses (as much as you could for a late 1800's farmer), and just general info that might help fill in the picture of this side of the family.

John B. Treanor emigrated as a child (without his parents) from Ireland to Canada in 1845. Married Margaret Donnelly in Montreal but lived in St. Paul Abbotsford for about 12 years before crossing to upstate NY presumably where family lived already. His marriage record states his father was living in Co. Tyrone, but most headstones in the Troy NY cemetery where Treanors are buried state they are from Monaghan.
