Hello Steven,

There is a Family History Centre in Winnipeg:

45 Dalhousie Drive

They all keep different hours and they have special days that are exclusively for Church members. I have used our local one in St Catharines Ontario a number of times and nobody has ever tried to convert me. The way it works is you go through the database from Salt Lake City and order the microfilm that applies --I think that this costs around $5.00. The film is then sent to your centre for a few weeks and you can research it at the centre which is equipped with readers. For an extra $5.00 you can keep it at the centre for another few weeks and for $5.00 more the film will be kept permanently in the centre's library. They may already have the reels that you are looking for.
