Hi Bill, at this point I conjecture that NO they did not all come from the same part of Ireland. One lead you might check is the Peter Robinson(thus Peterborouygh) emigration scheme. It's most famous for the ancestors now living in the Lindsay-Peterborough areas, but I believe Robinson also brought Irish to settle along the south side of the Ottawa River in Ontario, starting perhaps roughly in the Lanark county area. By the time the property purchases had stretched up to Pembroke, the Irish then crossed over to Chapeau and then to Chichester Township,Pontiac County Quebec.
