New to Saskatchewan research - looking for great aunt

Classification: Query
Surnames: Bond, Miller
I'm looking for any records relating to my great aunt who I understand from what my grandmother told me years ago "married a man named Miller, moved to Saskatchewan and had three children. She later moved to the Ottawa Ontario area and died there in the 1950's". Her maiden name was Frances Josephine Bond and I know that she was born in Kent, England on 4 April 1887 and that she came to Canada with her mother and siblings in about 1894. The family lived in Montreal and her mother re-married to a man named Thomas or Timothy Sullivan and Frances shows up in the 1901 census in Montreal listed as Frances Sullivan. This is the last record I have been able to find about Frances. Her mother re-married again in about 1904 to a man named Donald Williams. I cannot find Frances in 1906 or 1911 census as either Bond, Sullivan, Williams or Miller anywhere in Canada. I cannot find a marriage record in Quebec or Saskatchewan.
Does anyone have any advice as to how to locate any further information about this person in the records available in Saskatchewan?
