I'm looking for ansestry information dating back as early as the mid 1920's on my Grandfather John Jordan Cojocari and his wife Emma Cojocari. Both immigrated from Romania in the mid to late 1920's through St. Louis, and settled in the Alliance, Ohio area. My father John Cojocari Jr. was born in 1933 in Alliance, Ohio and died in 1989. The "i" was dropped form our name after my grandfather passed in 1958. I would appreciate any information on our ancestry from Romania as to where it originated from, in case I take a trip there in the near future.
