Hello Laury,
My name is Karen, My gradfather's name was Anton Usselman. He married Mildred Janisch and had one daughter, Lorraine Usselman. I am Lorraine's daughter.
Anton, my great uncle Lucas (who had 2 boys, Ed and Richard) and great aunt Anna settled in Portland Oregon in the early 1900's. The story I know is that Anna came over from Selz and my gradfather and uncle followed once Anna had settled in Portland. Anna's daughter (who lives in Southern Califorina)has researched and written up some of the family history. I will get the information and foward it to you.
