Ben Schurr
looking for information about a Ben Schurr who lived in Swift Current in 1936. He was born in Mercer County, Illinois, U.S. in 1882. I found him in Canada to U.S. boarder crossings. He was with 3 other men. I could only read the name of one of them. Perry Carl. His Schurr grandparents came to U.S. from Wurttemburg in 1846. He is one of two people of his generation of that family who cannot be found in Mercer County in the 1930 U.S. census records. He was married, but cannot read name on document.
