Hi, I have just received info a possible ancestor's Homestead file gives a location just south of Auburnton. It is dated 1903, with him gaining ownership in 1907.
While i have located Auburnton on the map and satellite, and also on an old map of Ouris (County?) in the Weyburn district, how do i find out where the nearest town or cemeteries are. It seems to be about 73m from Estevan, but is the nearest township?

Apart from buying a copy of the Homestead file etc, i would like to search census/BMD/cemetery records/directories to try and trace him and any family to see if he is the right Richard BANKS i am looking for ! (a great uncle)
The records seem very complicated to find where to look!

Any advice would be appreciated!
