There was a Welby a office there from 1909 to 1970. it was at Township 18 and Range 30 west of the 1st Meridian, near Melville SK.
There were these 2 Fiddler homesteads in the area.
Gaspard Fiddler and Joseph Fiddler both at Township 17 and Range 30 which would be about 10 miles for Welby.
