I was working on Ancestry when I accidentally came across your posting. My grandmother was a Yaqui Indian. Her maiden name was Magdalena Montelongo born around Señora.

I know nothing about the Yaqui Indians. I've had no luck in tracking her or any of her family down. Not even anything on the Yaqui tribes.

Did you ever receive a response to your query? Even though your posting was from so long ago…..I thought, what the heck, I'd try contacting. I'm one of those who say….YOU NEVER KNOW!
