Charles Anderson died 20 Sep 1939 looking for death record & obit

Surnames: ANDERSON, GASCA
Charles Anderson moved from Ohio to Mexico -he was a newspaper publisher. During 1903-1920's he published Tampico Tribrune and Mexican Mining Journal. Later he moved to Mexico City - he died 20 Sept 1939. He was married to a sister of Esther Gasca, but don't know her name. I am looking for an obituary or death record or advice on where to turn.
