This really caught my atention. My father's family is from San Luis Potosi. He was born in Guadalcasas but moved to Matamoros Tamaulipas in 1940. His name was Matilde Resendez Reyes DOB 03/14/1937. He was son of Cipriano Resendez Gonzalez and Nocolasa Reyes. Cipriano Resendez Gonzalez was son of Candelario Resendez and Perfecta Gonzalez of San Jose de Cervantes San Luis Potosi a small ranch a short distance to Cerritos. What is very attractive is that alot of the places you mentioned are the same places where my I have family members have traveled, born, lived and died. We have people in Waxahachi TX near Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, San Jose California, Chicago Illinois, Garland TX and Brownsville TX not leaving out Matamoros Tamaulipas.
