Jaimes is my maternal grandfather's last name, and his father (Samuel Cook Jaimes) was born in San Angelo, TX where the family resided before some of them moved to the Phoenix/Mesa, AZ area. Samuel Cook Jaimes' father was Jose Jaimes and mother was Sarah Cook Jaimes. Sarah came from Fredericksburg, TX and Jose either emigrated from Mexico or from Spain to San Angelo. Both Jose and Sarah are buried in San Angelo. I am looking for more info on Jose and Sarah and their other children & their families....some of whom still reside in the San Angelo area.
