Agnes Lennon (who is actually a Christina Agnes) and Rose Callahan are/were indeed sisters.
Through your wonderful help and the help of someone else I've been able to piece lots together.
Marie was Agnes' niece and Marie's father Thomas was most likely who Elizabeth was going to in the USA.
