ASSISTANCE WOULD BE APPRECIATED
WARREN Thomas
Born: c1826 New York, USA
Occupation: Miner, Bendigo, Victoria, Australia. Bargeman, Echua, Victoria, Australia
Died: 12 March 1885 Hovell Street, Echua Victoria, Australia
Interred: Echua Cemetery, Victoria, Australia
Parents: Thomas and Maria WARREN – Occupation: Mariner. I have no knowledge of the parents travelling to Australia.
Thomas WARREN travelled to Australia as a crew member of the cargo ship ‘The Jessie”. The ship sailed from San Francisco, USA on 31 July 1851 and arrived in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia on 25 September 1851. I expect his occupation in the USA was a mariner.
I do not have a list of names of the crew of ‘The Jessie’ and I do not have knowledge of Thomas WARREN'S birth or family in USA. Any information concerning the above would be most appreciated.
