I`ll also look through the other pages of the passenger list for people from Bjursas going to Mapleton.
Also i`ll check census of surrounding towns.
Keep in mind he may have changed his name when he arrived in America. It was very common for Swededs to do so. His surname may have been shortened to Erson or he might have used his father`surname instead of the patryonic name from fathers first name.
