Surnames: Koger / Westmoreland
Dose anyone know of the Koger / Westmoreland plantations in Lauderdale county Alabama? I was always told that the Kogers plantation had a lot of farm land including Koger Island in the Tenn. river. I was told many times that the Westmorelands had a very large plantation and they had big partys all the time. Thanks for any help.
