I'm looking for slave owners within the KY or VA area. Our name is DePrad-in the state of VA there were two DePrad's around 1750 (Peter and his daughter Elizabeth)- I've found a lot of information on the DePrad family, now I'm trying to connect the dots with DePrad/LaPrad or McMillans. I figure my GGrandmother and GGrandfather were slaves since one was born 1814 and the 1810. If any one has any ideas or information please send me a line. Thanks
